Instructions

Application form for the academic year 2026 - 27 will be available on the college website as per the dates announced by the Department of PU Board of Education, Govt. of Karnataka, (after the declaration of Karnataka SSLC Examination results). 

    The online application form is the only mode available and the college does not entertain any agents to procure admissions.

    Applicants must have completed Karnataka SSLC examination or any equivalent examination recognized by the Department of Pre-University Education, Karnataka

    The candidates must possess a valid mobile number and email id for registration and further admission process. (Application confirmation will be sent on your registered email ID, there won't be any correction after Registration).  

    All applicants must register online by entering NAME (as printed on Class 10 Marks Card), EMAIL-ID. Candidate will be  responsible to register and fill the application form accurately, ensure that they are error free and complete in all respects. 

    Applicants must have the following documents prior to fill the application online: 
    1. Copy of statement of marks of Class 10 or equivalent examination. 
    2. Recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background)
  • Fill-in all the details in the “detailed application” page. Scan and upload recent passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms formal dress with white background) and click “Submit”. On clicking Submit, a viewable and editable page will appear on screen. In case you need to make any corrections; you may edit the data/details and then click “Confirm Submission”.
  • An applicant can apply for all available combinations using the same Login ID
  • Fee structure for all the combinations will be available on the website at the time of admission.
  • Current year passed out candidates, who have studied in Karnataka, will be given preference.
  • The candidates, accompanied by parents are expected to meet the Principal for an interview on the stipulated date.
  • As part of the admission process, both parents and wards must attend the counselling session.
  • Admission will be denied if a candidate fails to join within the stipulated time.
  • Please note that we do not take donations for any admissions. We do not have any agents through whom you can procure admission. You are strongly advised not to give any money to anyone who promises you an admission at our college. You will be doing so at your own risk.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for admission is based on the aggregate marks secured in Standard X Annual Examination.

Current year passed Candidates, who have studied in Karnataka, will be given preference, outstation students will be considered only if there is any seat vacant

  1. Cutoff percentage of each combination for Karnataka state (SSLC  / ICSE / CBSE) will be published on the college notice board.
  2. SSLC (Karnataka) - Percentage aggregate marks for six subjects is considered (out of 625)
  3. CBSE Marks will be calculated for the five main subjects, additional subject will not be included. (out of 500)
  4. ICSE- Percentage aggregate marks for six subjects will be considered (out of 600)
  5. Candidates studied in IGCSE Board and Outside India have to obtain the ELIGIBILITY CERTIFICATE from the Pre-University Board of Education, Karnataka.

Document Verification

Candidates must present the following documents for verification at the time of admission

  1. Class X Annual Examination Hall Ticket for verification of parent’s name, or the Original X Marks Statement, if available
  2. Transfer Certificate (TC) copy, or a Caste Certificate issued by the Government of Karnataka for availing caste category benefits
  3. PEN (Permanent Education Number) issued by the school
  4. Upon completion of document verification, a secure payment link will be sent to the candidate’s registered email address to proceed with the online fee payment.

Reservation category

  • Reservation category, applicable only to Karnataka State Board candidates
  • Reservation category (SC, ST, Category 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) students must have a valid caste/category certificate issued by the concerned authorities of the Government of Karnataka. Should produce the same during verification, Admission will be denied if failed to produce.

NOTE

I PUC Admission will be confirmed only after the submission of these documents.

All provisionally admitted candidates must produce the following documents after the commencement of the college.

  • Original Transfer certificate with a copy and Attested Copy of Original 10th STD Marks Card
  • Consumer Number Requirement for Provisional Eligibility Certificate Candidates from ICSE, CBSE, and Other State Boards are required to obtain a Consumer Number in order to generate the Provisional Eligibility Certificate and to register in the SATS (Student Achievement Tracking System), Karnataka portal. The Eligibility Consumer Number can be submitted through the following link: https://dpue-pragathi.karnataka.gov.in/eligibilitycertificate/Homep 
    Note: This requirement does not apply to Karnataka State Board candidates
  • Original Migration certificate (Except Karnataka State Board candidates) from their respective Board.
  • Parish Priest’s letter (Christian students only)
  • Original Provisional Eligibility certificate for IGCSE and candidates studied outside India contact Pre University Board Karnataka
  • Additional Documents for   Foreign, NRI  Candidates Foreign and NRI Candidates
    •      Valid Student Visa, Passport Copy & Residential permit (Mandatory for Foreign Nationals and NRI Candidates)
  • Copy of valid caste certificate (for SC,ST, Cat 1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B category only
      •         Mandatory for SSLC candidates applied through category
      •         Optional for others


Your admission can be rejected even at later stage if:

  • in case required supporting documents are missing
  • in case false documents or incomplete information or wrong information is submitted
  • in case a candidate conceals/hides the requisite information
  • in case required educational qualifications or the minimum age criterion is not fulfilled

Admission once cancelled will not be re-considered. Fees will not be refunded in such cases.

Fees structure shown in Indian Rupee is applicable only for Karnataka SSLC, CBSE & ICSE candidates.
French Fees 5000/- Extra.
